Saud Mukhtar is a proud alumnus of Islamabad College for Boys (ICB), where he studied from 1982 to 1994, completing his FSc in 1994. His time at ICB was filled with unforgettable moments, one of the most significant being the Ojhri Camp fiasco, a historical event that left a lasting impression on him and his fellow students.
Among the many dedicated teachers at ICB, Mrs. Mateen played a vital role in shaping his academic journey.
Saud works in the developmental sector and has 23 years of experience spanning the financial, engineering, and consulting sectors with both national and multinational organizations. He has spent his entire life in Islamabad and has witnessed the city’s evolution over the years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from UET and an MBA from LUMS.
He has written two books on evolution of Islamabad as a city titled as ‘Fading memories of Islamabad’ and ‘Dandelion blooms’

His book, ‘Dandelion Blooms,’ serves as anecdotal evidence of Islamabad’s transformation over the years. He is committed to improving not only Islamabad but also other cities, striving to make them better places for all to live.
