Dr. S. Mazhar Abbas Rizvi is a distinguished alumnus of Islamabad College for Boys (ICB), where he studied from Class 1 to FSc, completing his FSc in 1981. His academic journey at ICB was shaped by the invaluable guidance of Sir Jane Alam and Sir Zafer Mehmood, who played a significant role in his education.
One of the most cherished moments of his time at ICB was being appointed to the editorial board of “Sumbul,” an experience that left a lasting impression on him.
