Dr. Mohammad Faisal, High Commissioner of Pakistan to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
Born in 1971. Holds degrees of MBBS, M.Sc, Masters in Political Science & Public Administration and LLM. Joined Foreign Service of Pakistan in 1995. Served at Headquarters as Section Officer (1997 and 2000-2001) and Deputy Director (2002-2004), Director (2010-13), DCP (2013), Director (2013-15), Director General (2015-20).
Mr. Nadeem Mahbub, Federal Secretary, Ministry of National Health Services Regulations & Coordination, Pakistan
Mr. Nadeem Mahbub, a BPS-22 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), currently holds the position of Secretary at the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination. Before this role, he served as the Special Secretary of the Ministry of Interior.
Mr. Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani, Federal Secretary, Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training
Mr. Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani is a distinguished civil servant with over 22 years of experience in top management roles within the public sector. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from UET, Lahore, an LLM from Warwick, UK, and a Master’s in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague.

The ICB Alumni Foundation (ICBAF) was established by senior ICBians over 15 years ago with a shared passion for giving back to their alma mater. Over the years, ICBAF has actively contributed to the betterment of ICB through scholarships, mentorship programs, and infrastructure support.
